COVID-19 TESTING & VACCINATION
Events from September 20th until October 25th
Please note any events during this time period require all fans to provide proof of privately-paid negative COVID-19 diagnostic test within 72 hours of the event for entry OR partial vaccination (at least one dose received, two weeks prior to the event) for entry.
- All fans must have received a privately-paid negative COVID-19 diagnostic test within 72-hours before entry to the facility and provide proof of a negative result and ID prior to entering the venue. Or, have received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine (at least two weeks before the event) and provide proof of vaccination and ID.
- Unvaccinated fans 12 years old and older with a valid medical restriction & medical note will be required to take a privately-paid COVID-19 diagnostic test within 72-hours before entry to the facility, and provide proof of negative result and ID prior to entering the venue.
- Any fans under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult with proof of a privately-paid negative COVID-19 diagnostic test result within 72 hours before entry or partial vaccination.
Events from October 25th and beyond
Please note that any events after October 25th require all fans to provide proof of privately-paid negative COVID-19 diagnostic test within 72 hours of the event for entry OR full vaccination for entry.
- All fans must have received a privately-paid negative COVID-19 diagnostic test within 72-hours before entry to the facility and provide proof of a negative result and ID prior to entering the venue. Or, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after the final dose) and provide proof of vaccination and ID.
- Unvaccinated fans 12 years old and older with a valid medical restriction & medical note will be required to take a privately-paid COVID-19 diagnostic test within 72-hours before entry to the facility, and provide proof of negative result and ID prior to entering the venue.
- Any fans under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult with proof of a privately-paid negative COVID-19 diagnostic test result within 72 hours before entry or full vaccination.
Mask Policy
Well-fitted masks are required unless actively eating or drinking, regardless of vaccination status
Enhanced Cleaning & Sanitization
Before each event begins and after each event concludes, our staff will disinfect all high-touch areas within the venue, including seats, handrails, elevator buttons, merchandise stands, restrooms, bars and concessions areas. There will also be enhanced cleaning procedures through the show
Hand Sanitizer Dispensers will be located prominently throughout the venue. Each unit will be checked regularly to ensure the units have adequate product
Disinfectant wipes will be readily available in high-touch areas, including bathrooms, dining, bars and concessions areas throughout the venue
Health & Safety
If you feel sick, stay home. Know the symptoms of COVID-19, which can include the following : fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea.
